Sorry I haven't been posting. I've been really busy. But as you see I'm just gonna inform you of what has happend. Well I as a cheer-practice and since I'm so small and skinny (sometimes its a blessings, sometimes its a pain) I'm always the one thrown in the air. In this case it was a pain.
